MentaSpring CIC

Stability After Crisis.
Support That Stays.

MentaSpring CIC supports adults across Bexley, Greenwich and South-East London to build emotional resilience, confidence and stronger community connection.

We are building support for people recovering from mental health difficulties, people who need help before difficulties become a crisis, and people who find existing services hard to navigate.

Adults across Bexley, Greenwich and South-East London

You do not need a diagnosis to reach out.

You might be a few days out of hospital, managing a child's ADHD assessment, or holding things together while quietly struggling underneath. MentaSpring provides community-based support alongside your existing care.

Our Approach

Built from clinical experience and community understanding.

MentaSpring brings together clinical understanding, community experience and practical support to help people navigate the space between crisis, recovery and everyday life. We work alongside existing NHS, statutory and community services.
